Design interview

Site inspection will be conducted along side an interview with you at the site - from where we will talk about the project scale, ambition and set a project direction. moodboards will be forwarded after the meeting to ensure visual context.

  • drone terrain scanning is included, if the site data is not provided

  • municipal demands and laws are defined according to the project framework

  • existing features and details are documented using video and images

  • project agreement will be established enruing we are covering both building and landscape design if needed

During the design stage we will be in direct communication regarding changes or updated inspirational content. The design period is between two and four weeks.

Presentation date will be set at the design interview

Design stage

The design vision is a light format plan that provides you with visual and technical material to grasp the project in its full scale.

The Design presentation will be conducted personally with our lead designer Christian Kielberg.

Presenting the Design Vision

In the Masterplan there are two design itterations, from where we will evaluate and ajust the design accordingly.

  • First revision meeting date is set at the presentation of the design vision

  • Second revision meeting date two is set at revision meeting one

Revision phase

The Masterplan is a full scale architectural design manual with materials, constructions principles, technical specifications, plant lists, service manuals, visual material, technical drawings, permits ect.

The purpose of the Masterplan is unite all parts of a project and communicate them directly to the construction teams and the government approval institution, to ensure an effective and optimal construction phase

with the masterplan it is possible to gather a team of competent and professional suplyers and contractors, to develop and deliver a high end project
